Shaqiq stated : Ibnu Abbas delievred the khutbah to us, He was there on the occasion of hajj.He started reciting the Surah Al Bawarah. While he recited it and interpreted it, I said to myself that neither did I see such a man nor did I hear such discourse from any man: If the people of Fars and Rum had heard it, they would have embraced Islam
