Pohon cabeku berbuah, kesempatan setelah menunggu sampai ranum dan merah2,bikin dendeng balado......lumayan , akhirnya kesampaian juga makan dendeng balado dengan cabe merah, biasanya pakai cabe hijau..... Kali ini baru deh namanya dendeng balado.
Maiko I grow red chili in my back yard, and it has lots of fruit that enable me to harvest , in my place cant find fresh red chili, so this is an opportunity for me to explore my cooking skill (smile.com) using red chili, mostly Indonesian food are cooked by using fresh herbs , and main ingredient is red chili, so I cook this meat using the chili that I took fresh from the tree and it's yummy...but hot
